BOOKKEEPING FOR SMALL/MEDIUM BUSINESS:

If you are considering taking on a part time accounts person please consider what we have to offer:

• We work more like a casual employee. If there is slow period or a busy period of time in your business, we can adjust hours to suite you but still apply the same hourly rate.
  

• As part of our application to any job that we take on, we write full step by step job procedures , if you don't already have this documented this may be useful to your business.
  

• Staff redundancy -  we always make sure that at least two employees understand the requirements of any job. This means your business is never relaying on the knowledge of only one person, if a staff member is not available for some reason, somebody else can always step in.
  

• If you have a general office or accounts staff member that is taking time off, we can step in for as long or as little time as is required.
  

• Due to our years of the experience with accounts software and computers, we may be able to help streamline your accounting requirements.
  

• As BAS agents, we can assist with lodgments and therefore give you extra time before payments are due.
  

• We have years of experiences with requirement documentation and installation of new software. If you are looking to update your accounting  software, we can help with the recommendation and installation of new systems , as well as transfer of existing data and opening balances .
  

• Even if you have a very efficient functioning accounts departments but need help with preparing  additional reports to help guide your business, we can help.
  

Remember you can adopt our services for as  little or as much time as your business requires . You may require a full time person for a period of time or you may just require two hours a fortnight.
